With wildly dappled ruby lips surrounding a burst of sunset yellow, this Odontoglossum is a diva of the orchid world. One of the most awarded hybrids in the Burrageara genus, Red Heart is considered the finest cultivar. Its virtuosity of color is complemented by the elegance of its shape—delicately shaped petals bow the graceful arch of this stem like the exquisitely bent neck of a Degas dancer. With many-flowered blooms that can last for more than a month, this orchid is a pleasure to behold.
From base line to top petals, the orchid stands at approximately 15-19 inches tall. The blooms (7-10 buds) measure 2.5 inches in diameter.
